Meet Stephen
SYND is a small Essex letting agent on purpose. One director, a short list of homes, and every landlord and tenant dealt with personally.

Why SYND exists
Most landlords in Harlow and Chelmsford have one or two homes. They want a tenant who pays and stays, a home that is looked after, and someone who picks up the phone. Large agencies are built for volume, so the person who let your home is rarely the person who manages it.
SYND LTD was set up in January 2023 and has managed homes in Harlow since then. Stephen Yeboah, the director, runs every tenancy himself: valuations, viewings, repairs, inspections and the paperwork the law now requires.

How we work
- A short list. We take on a limited number of homes so each one gets proper attention.
- Straight prices. One percentage, no set-up fee, no VAT and no minimum term.
- Records you can see. Monthly statements, inspection photos and every certificate on file.
- Up to date. We follow the Renters' Rights Act as each stage comes in and tell you what it means for your home.
