Complaints procedure
Tell us in writing by email. We acknowledge every complaint within three working days and send a full response within 15 working days.
If you are not satisfied, or eight weeks have passed, you can refer it free of charge to our independent redress scheme. We give you its details with our final response.

We collect only what we need to answer you, keep it no longer than necessary and never sell it. Our privacy notice explains what we hold, why, for how long and your rights.
